What is TL 9000 (telecommunication)
Global members of the Quality Excellence for Suppliers of Telecommunications (QUEST) FORUM developed the TL 9000. This standard consists of two parts of requirements handbook of quality management system and measurements handbook of TL 9000 quality management system. TL 9000 (TELECOMMUNICATION) main activities are providing the system to measure and to track overall performance, Build up a system to protect the integrity of telecom hardware & software, Increase efficacy and performance of global telecom supply chain across worldwide for improved quality, Proper assessment of all user’s requirements and needs.
